Before joining Krutham, Thembi held research positions at Kantar and GfK. During these tenures, she worked with leading companies like FNB, Nedbank, Coca-Cola, Massmart, Tiger Brands and Colgate-Palmolive.
Thembi holds an MBA from Guglielmo Marconi University, focusing on opportunities in big data and analytics within the South African retail sector. She also has a BPhil Honours in Marketing Management and a postgraduate diploma in Business Analytics.
