Sehlule is a manager in Krutham’s strategy research practice. She leads complex research projects in financial services, economics, non-profit strategies and market research. Her current role includes problem-solving and using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to provide clients the relevant information to guide strategy. She also manages the research for the Sanlam Gauge reports which measures B-BBEE across the economy.
Sehlule is an economist with a global research and management consulting background. She has worked on local and global projects including the design, modelling, implementation and data analysis steps. She has done so in mining, IT, finance and the public sector. She has worked at management consultancies including at McKinsey and Company and Singular Group and led teamwork as a research manager at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC).
Sehlule holds BA (Law) and BA (Honours)(Economics) degrees from Rhodes University and an MComm (Applied Economics) from the University of Cape Town.
