Riyaadh is a programme director at Krutham, responsible for the Jobs Boost Outcomes Fund. The fund supports employment creation interventions through a pay-for-performance funding mechanism. Riyaadh has 16 years of experience in the social development sector primarily focused on education, sustainable livelihoods and job creation.
Before joining Krutham, Riyaadh was the thought leadership manager at Trialogue, a social investment specialist at Tshikululu Social Investments and the head of operations at Brighter Futures. Riyaadh advised on and helped implement numerous funding strategies in the social development sector, mostly on education and sustainable livelihoods as well as on some impact investments.
Riyaadh holds a BCom in Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education Management.
