Erica is the operations manager at Intellidex. Her key focus areas are to create, develop and implement systems that ensure the business is performing optimally. Additionally, she has a keen interest in improving existing systems to ensure that they are aligned with the growing vision of the business. Erica holds an MBA and an MSc in Forensic Entomotoxicology, both from Rhodes University, a BSc Honours in Zoology and a BSc in Zoology and Ecology and Environmental Conservation from the University of the Witwatersrand. She also holds a certification in Creativity, Innovation and New Business from CUOA Business School in Italy. Prior to Intellidex, Erica worked in operations in the IT industry. She is also a published recording artist.
